Add CLI support

Hey everyone,
I really like WinBoat, because it's better optimized, more stable and even more performant than WinApps. The only drawback is that its GUI is mandatory. I get that the whole principle is to just work, but a GUI calls a CLI command anyway, so I think it would be cool to have an implementation for a command like "winboat run <app_name>" or something like that.
Anyway, absolutely love the experience, keep it up! :P

Once it will have GPU acceleration you could just "winboat run GameName.exe", instead of wine, with the problematic games.
And most things in linux work with CLI. So why not make this one work with a CLI?
