I have a form that collects data for an inspection. There are several dates entered on the form. When the form is submitted the data is put into the body of an email and a submission pdf is created. The dates in the body of the email are correct. However, the dates in the pdf are one day before what was selected. (12/08/2022 becomes 12/07/2022). I had originally created this form in the js version of form.io and I went back and tested it, and it did the same thing. I do not see any settings that could cause this. I do not have any additional code in the form, just drag and drop fields.
