Education Benefits Application stuck in error: not way of submitting new documents

Hi everyone,

My Education Benefits Application is stuck in this error with no way of providing further documentation or answering to this question. I am an adjunct lecturer and a phd studnet at TH Koln in Germany, but I live in the Netherlands. Apperantly it is too far for Github Education even though I live a short train ride away from campus.

How can I get out of this error mode and re-apply? There apears to be no way of uploading more documents or explainign why I live away from campus.

Having co-pilot and github education is essential to my class.

I've reached out via the support forum and explained everything, and they have redirected me to upload again, and then I still get the same error. Do I have to travel to another country to resolve this?

And also, the image I am uploading is 800kb and it's still giving me the size error.

Unable to move forward post this, My university is not in the options but as per the name, i should be able to still register.

Dear all -

I am trying to re-approve my Education status as faculty, but the system apparently does not like my university's document where it is stated that I am faculty. What can I do?
I tried using the GitHub Education support form, but as of 2025-12-12 it says that no manual processing is available for cases that fail to renew automatically (?). Meaning that I cannot do anything:
