I am blind and use NVDA as my main screen reader.

With the new Issue list UI, pressing shift+enter or control+enter does not open the focused issue in a new window or tab. Instead, the issue always opens in the same window and tab, as if I had just pressed enter without any modifier key (shift or control). It also happens both when NVDA is in browse mode (most standard on the web) or in focus mode (sometimes useful for web apps).

This issue had already been fixed once during the new issue list public preview (https://github.com/orgs/community/discussions/148713) but it turned back a few days/weeks ago.
