On July 12, 2025, I tried to purchase a Copilot Pro subscription using an e-wallet. My e-wallet balance was deducted, indicating a successful payment. However, immediately after the transaction, I received a pop-up message stating, "Your purchase was successful but we encountered a problem with our services. Please try again."
I then attempted to use the "Restore Purchase" button, but it did not resolve the issue; the same pop-up reappeared. As a result, I currently do not have access to Copilot Pro, despite the payment being processed from my e-wallet.
Could you please investigate this matter and help me resolve it? I would appreciate it if you could either activate my Copilot Pro subscription or provide a refund for the deducted amount.
