System keeps rejecting my ID for no reason

Hi everyone,

I don't get what Github changed about its verification system as the last one was already a tough nut to crack, but this time it's impossible for me to apply. I've added 2FA, my billing info is the EXACT same as my student ID, I've logged out and back in, and it keeps getting rejected. Does it not handle german letters?

Hey @Gamesnic The system doesn't seem to pick up your billing information. Can we ask if you are having issues saving your billing information and/or you are filling it out in the correct place?

Hey @Gamesnic, this process can be quite frustrating - it took me 20 attempts to get it right. One approach I recommend is ensuring you carefully follow the prompts when a request is denied. For example, when it asks for "Billing Information," make sure the name matches exactly as it appears on your ID document. Alternatively, you can try using an enrollment letter; I was able to get one from my university’s services management portal.

When it asks for a PNG, you can use a PDF-to-PNG converter to prepare your document.

Hello @promenox, as said, my billing information is 100% correct, even case sensitive. It only gave me the camera to verify with in which it captured my student ID. It just seems like a flawed system
