Education Application Keeps Getting Denied

Hi everyone,

I just started my graduate program and one of the first things its having me do is apply to the education benefits program. I have applied to the education benefits numerous times and each time my application keeps getting denied. I have updated my billing and profile to include all the information it is asking me to, but I still am getting denied. I am also an online student so I don't have a ID card so I printed out a copy of my unofficial transcript since its the only thing I have that could prove my enrollment. I'm unsure what I should be doing to get it approved now since I don't have anything else to prove I'm a student besides the transcript.

Welcome! I suggest that you zoom in on your evidence so that the important information is legible e.g. school name, your name etc.
