Github isn't accepting my lengthy name for Student developer pack

Hi everyone,

I'm "Murali Prasanth Nutalapati" it's my name and Github is not considering it, I have provided my Student Id card but it doesn't read correctly I guess. I have also selected distance learning while applying but it says you are not in the University premises. How do I solve this ?

Your GitHub profile name has to match the document name to get verified successfully, therefore you should contact GitHub Support to get this problem solved if your current name matches document name.

Can you provide more information as to what you mean by "not considering it". Please use the available First Name and Last Name on your billing information (First Name can also contain your middle name).

So, I meant it is not considering my name because it shows half of my name appears on the second line in my id card.

I guess Github is not able to read my name correctly. And, here's how my name appears in the billing information page.
