Your suspension appeal can only be handled by GitHub’s Trust & Safety team. The community can’t see your ticket or speed it up. Reviews for suspended accounts usually take longer than normal support tickets because they involve internal checks. A delay of 10–14 days isn’t unusual, That’s likely why you haven’t heard back yet. Since you already sent all the required info on the same day, the best thing you can do is wait for their response/mail the support team regarding query again for updates. Creating new tickets or bumping the existing one can actually push you further back in the line so try to tag them on 'X' or LinkedIn etc. Hope you get an update soon. |

Hello GitHub Community,
My account (@cisse410) was suspended without prior notification. I submitted a reinstatement request on November 6th (Ticket #3883086) and provided all requested information, but I haven't received any response for 11 days.
Situation:
I've reviewed the Acceptable Use Policies and don't believe I violated any terms. Has anyone experienced similar delays? Any advice would be appreciated.
