Add Path Intellisense style Slash Commands to easily reference lines

Here is an example of Path Intellisense for vscode. The gif shows the idea well. This would be a great feature to add/extend the slash commands. The main benefit here would be that when you want reference a file or lines of code in an Issue, Discussion or PR then switching back and forth between windows is time consuming and often slow/hard to navigate. It could reference from the root of the repo, so as not to clutter pure text mark down with unneeded URL prefixes.

Great idea, path autocompletion in Issues, discussions, and PR comments would save a lot of time.
Switching windows just to grab file paths is slow, and being able to insert relative paths (like VS Code’s Path Intellisense) would make referencing files much easier and keep Markdown cleaner.
