Your account is locked because GitHub couldn't charge your old payment method. Even if you added a new card, the system will not unlock until a payment goes thru And since you don't have a working card right now, it can't fix itself. You need to contact GitHub Support and ask them to retry the charge or remove the lock. Only Support can do that tho Once a payment works, your account will unlock. :) |

My account was locked because a billing authorization failed. I have already removed the old payment method and updated new payment information in the Billing settings. Could you please retry the charge and unlock my account?
