LSP Proxy Configuration

Great work, very happy this exists, but I fail to find any kind of documentation how the lsp-proxy command can be configured.

The port its running on for example.

I am also looking at easy configuration via ENV vars for CLI commands to specify the Postgres cluster in question, I can wrap it, but still.
