Currently PythonHouseKeeper is implemented entirely in a header file, which makes it cumbersome to work with because the smallest modification causes pretty much the entire project to be rebuilt (e.g. I was debugging something and just wanted to add a log message temporarily - each tweak meant a full rebuild).
This is a QOL change that doesn't change any functionality at all; it merely splits the implementation into a .cpp file.
