Error in single spike encoding?

Hello! I get the following error when trying to use bindsnet.encoding.encodings.single:
`TypeError: 'device' is an invalid keyword argument for zeros()`
I think the error is that np.zeros is used instead of torch.zeros, so `device` is not a keyword :)
