Note, this assumes unique
crate/slot/channelin all/daq/tt/CCDB translation tables. Previously the last match won, now the first one wins. This changes the result for run 18779'sBAND/RASTER::adcbanks, which will be addressed by fixing the translation tables to be unique.Note, this was a component of #1051.
