Correct way to run 2 scripts on_movie_end

I need to upload a video to cloud on_movie_end and also run a script which starts a notification service. Separately both run well, I tried using && but without success, also using twice on_movie_end didn't work. Now I'm running the notification script on_event_end but the event seems to end some time after the movie is uploaded. The upload happens with rclone and the notification is python3 script.py type script
Any suggestions please?
