Gamehelper Keymapper not working

I Have putted the controls of PUBG Mobile through the keymapper and Nothing is working from the keys, what I mean is the keymap that's I set is not working even the keyboard itself. 
only the mouse is working and without fire or scope!!! the player can just move and not doing anything else.
