The template is thought of as a Rmarkdown template component of a package. The folder structure has been designed to be easy to turn into a package, only by moving folders `rmarkdown` and `www` into a `inst` folder in the project root folder

@joelpick I addressed all the comments from your last review, please have a look at the latest updates.

Only the "Instructions" are pending, but if you are happy with the template you can "Approve" and I can create a new PR for the instructions specifically.
