Add doctests for cross function. Contributes to #9943

Describe your change:

Added a doctest for the cross function in data_structures/arrays/sudoku_solver.py.
The doctest covers multiple input scenarios, including empty inputs, single-character inputs, and typical multi-character inputs, to ensure the function behaves correctly.
