[Feature Request] Add Support for Multipart Namespace

The Apache Iceberg specification provides robust support for multipart namespaces. To align with the implementation in Java Iceberg - createNamespace, we should add support for it.

At this moments, I found hive & rest catalog are support multipart namespace, and I may need some time to test remains catalogs.

I think it could be really nice to add a test for this in the new catalog integration tests! https://github.com/apache/iceberg-python/blob/main/tests/integration/test_catalog.py

I don't think this is supported by Hive, as the base-catalog needs to support this. AFAIK only SqlCatalog and the RestCatalog support multipart namespaces.

Hi Folks, thanks for the discussion on this topic.

I was looking into connecting AWS Glue table and S3Table with Glue & Rest Catalog as they both provided REST endpoint. It appears that neither AWS Glue nor S3 Tables currently support multi-level namespaces for Iceberg tables.
