Materialize?

Does anyone know how to add materialize css to this project ? I tried to implement it myself but i cant get materialize to work. Maybe someone who has or knows how to can help me out.

Just as a note, (at least for some time) server-side rendering will not work with Materialize (because it's useage of document/window & jQuery) [https://github.com/InfomediaLtd/angular2-materialize/issues/140]

@AndrewKralovec You haven't mentioned what aspect of it isn't working (e.g., what goes wrong). Could you clarify?

@SteveSandersonMS Hey Steve. Yeah, I'm not sure what part of it isn’t working. I tried entering materialize elements in the home.html, but they just showed up as html not materialize html. If that makes sense.

I'm not sure what you missed out from your implementation, but I followed their setup instructions and it worked OK. Here's the exact implementation I used: 6b60cda

Caveats:

• As @MarkPieszak points out, this isn't going to work with angular2-universal because angular2-materialize uses jQuery/window directly. Hence disabling server-side prerendering.
• If you're using this, you probably will want to remove the Bootstrap style library completely, because otherwise there are clashes between the CSS rules in bootstrap and those in angular2-materialize and things look strange.
• When I tried to add a modal dialog with angular2-materialize it behaved strangely - it forced the whole page to reload when dismissing the dialog. I don't know if I did something wrong or if they have a bug, but if this affects you, please raise this with the angular2-materialize folks to find out the correct usage or to fix the bug.
