Move the site to https://commitizen-tools.github.io/

Hi team!

Just sharing a thought publicly, but maybe we should think about moving the site to root, aka. from https://commitizen-tools.github.io/commitizen/ to https://commitizen-tools.github.io/ as the root one is currently ending by a 404.
The alternative would be to have a redirect to the site path.

I don't think it is planned to have another site exposed on another path, so having the site under a /commitizen/ path prefix is not necessary, producing longer URLs and tricks people typing the domain from memory into thinking it does not exist (I must admit I do this quite often 😅)
