This enables building CUDA architectures 120 and 121 by default (when supported by installed CUDA). This supports the latest available NVIDIA consumer platforms (RTX5000 and GB10).

At the moment there are no Blackwell specific features in master, so adding this would probably just increase the binary size.

Ah, I see. From the NVIDIA documentation it sounded like there were per-architecture optimizations, but I would need to run a benchmark to validate that. Will close this for now and will re-open if I find anything.
