Rebuilt with latest master branch

Encountered a compile error. Not sure if my fix is the right thing though.

I removed go-angularjs from the gopherjs company, since the project is not really maintained atm. Its new home is github.com/neelance/go-angularjs and I reverted the master branch back to the last version that was maintained by myself. The changes of @phaikawl are still available in the phaikawl branch, but he stopped working on the project. I changed the import path with b6d8bb6, so this pull request should not be required any more. Still thanks a lot for the help. :-)
