Do not try to parse the body of 204 No Content responses

Since jQuery 1.9, 204 are acts as errors.

Fix both http://bugs.jquery.com/ticket/13292 and http://bugs.jquery.com/ticket/13261 .

I'm sorry to not add tests but I was not able to setup the test environment (PHP ...)

I already patched it in my app, it works fine.

Is it normal that this bug is still happening in 2.0.2 and 1.10.1 but not in 1.9

It seems my Firefox version (ubuntu 13.04 firefox 21) with firebug opened is the cause (weird)

Works fine with chrome and firefox without firebug opened.

@luap can you re-produce your problem with firebug opened on the posted jsfiddle?

If so, someone should open a bug for firebug..
