Create a program with the format of the name <username_github>.<program_language>. and put it in the programs folder.

example: akasakaid.py / akasakaid.js / akasakaid.php

Edit the CONTRIBUTING.md file with the format as the example I gave.

NOTE how to get github profile photo url : open your github profile hover cursor to the profile photo right-click -> select copy image link. 

*make sure you edit it correctly
