Includes modifications to .mailmap
Adds 86 new contributors.
I've replaced all of the nonsense email addresses (mainly noreply.github) with
<user@>too.Contributors non-trivially impacted by this change, please see how .mailmap changes are impacting your entry and speak up if there is a problem.
