Bumping spdx-license-ids, the package with the list of valid SPDX license identifiers for
package.json. This will prevent folks getting errors aboutBlueOak-1.0.0and other newly identified licenses.This is a deep transitive dependency, so the upgrade was done with
npm upgrade --depth 9999 spdx-license-ids.Ref: #1373
