Unable to Activate GitHub Copilot Pro with Student Developer Pack

Hi everyone,

I’ve been approved for the GitHub Student Developer Pack (GitHub username: sanjana25022005) and can see all the benefits listed in my account. However, I am unable to activate GitHub Copilot Pro for free.

When I go to the Copilot settings page, it says I am using Copilot for free with limited completions and chat messages. It also prompts me to start a 30-day free trial for Copilot Pro by adding billing information, but I thought Copilot Pro was included in the Student Developer Pack.

Could someone assist me with resolving this issue?

To redeem your Copilot PRO offer, click on this signup link.

To redeem others benefits, go to the pack offers page, scroll down to the "All offers" section and select any offer that suits you, if you can redeem it you are fine, if you can't, I suggest you to raise a ticket here, select "I am a verified student having trouble redeeming my Global Campus offers" and explain your issue.

I had the same issue where I couldn't redeem from the link provided in "All Offers", but thanks to the link you posted here, I was able to activate the Copilot Pro

@davevad93 my github copilot is stll not activated request was aproved on 8dec today is 10th Dec
any idea? , also created ticket on github support
