PyThreadState_IsCurrent use _PyRuntime.gilstate. is shared by multi sub interpreters.
Use interpreter gil->last_holder == state can fix it?

Closing as EXPERIMENTAL_ISOLATED_SUBINTERPRETERS was removed in #93185
