Thanks! I imagine we don't need to backport this because dependabot only looks at main.

Dependabot creates PRs monthly (the longest available interval) to bump new GitHub actions releases.
It's common practice to use the
@majorversion rather than@major.minor.patch.And let's also only bump for new major releases.
This will keep things up-to-date, and avoid too many PRs being created each month (plus backports).
