最後面 comment out 的翻譯可以都刪掉

因應下週 python 正式 release 3.13，main branch 已經切換成 3.13 文件，要再麻煩你 rebase 並切換 target branch 🙏🏽

Rebased, 然後之前 comment out 的內容都被移除了
