Closing this as we're aiming to rename the parameter back, and then we should just remove these allowlist entries. |

This was introduced by the C implementation of
splitrootinntpathandposixpath.The C version changes the argument name from
ptopathbut I think based on similar discussions the C version is not included in the release, but in the future versions it should pass.python/cpython#118089
