Add timestamp for product table

When we are editing a product.It takes about 5 minutes.
At this time, if the product is order paced. Stock Quantity returns to the pre-order value

What I would prefer as a solution: do not store inventories with the corresponding entity. Instead, update the stock value separately via a button "Update stock now". Has to be done for attribute combinations as well.
