CI has been moved to GitHub since spdx#267 Remove Travis/CircleCI/AppVeyor files and other no longer existing files from MANIFEST Update filenames in MANIFEST. For example, CHANGLOG.rst (old) --> CHANGELOG.md (new). Signed-off-by: Arthit Suriyawongkul <[email protected]>

Remove Travis/CircleCI/AppVeyor files and other no longer existing files from MANIFEST
Update filenames in MANIFEST. For example, CHANGLOG.rst (old) --> CHANGELOG.md (new).
Note that setuptools will automatically include MANIFEST.in in sdist.
