sqlite31.4.x wasn't compiling on my machine; I see no reason to keep it pinned to 1.4.x, so am relaxing thatappraisalswas pointed to the bleeding edge on Thoughtbot's Github repo; I'm reverting that to the latest~> 2.5stable release.
