Bug Fix: Broken or missing links and formatting issues #415

Description

This issue states that spelling issue and URL redirection was wrong. So I have changed some spellings and URL redirection in readme.md file

The changes are as follows:

• AutoCert URL to Autocomplete Notes App
• Mose Code to Morse Code
• Added Profanity checker URL

in the repository

• [*] Made no changes that degrades the functioning of the repository
• [*] Gave each commit a better title (unlike updated README.md)

in the PR

• [*] Followed the format of the pull_request_template
• [*] Made the Pull Request in a small level (for the creator's wellfare)
• [*] Tested the changes you made

Line numbers (45, 90, 107, 123, 124) have been incorrectly added to the first column of the table. The table should only contain three columns: Script, Link, and Description. Remove the line numbers from all modified rows to match the existing table format.
