fix open graph url verification + add more info

This PR does two things:

1. fix the URL to be absolute instead of relative, allowing our open graph to pass verification and be used by more sites/services
2. add some more specific information. generally helpful to SEO
   • blog posts have type article
   • author name
   • publish date
   • image size and canonical URL
