Code based on #74 which contained code from py2exe.
Implement binary search for looking up exports by name.
This fixes an issue where running wine fails on i386 with /usr/bin/wine: error while loading shared libraries: libwine.so.1: cannot create shared object descriptor: Operation not permitted
Search for function names should be case sensitive (fixes#80).
As is, you need to add_subdirectory and also add the include, this kills two birds with one stone
