dis: LOAD_SPECIAL should mention the name of the attribute

Proposal:

>>> import dis
>>> dis.dis("with x: pass")
 0 RESUME 0

 1 LOAD_NAME 0 (x)
 COPY 1
 LOAD_SPECIAL 1
 SWAP 2
 SWAP 3
 LOAD_SPECIAL 0

It should say "LOAD_SPECIAL 1 (__exit__)" or something similar.

I'll work on this.
