If the updated dependency does not affect our code at all, we should consider to avoid raising the minimum required version. May I suggest the following constraint (untested)?
"guzzle/parser": "~2.8|~3.0"

Update the guzzle/parser to ~3 so React's http and http-client can be installed together.
